During Fall and Spring Pilgrimage and Balloon Race Weekend, as well as major holidays, the rate per night for two is $175 with two night minimum.
Cancellation policy for any room or package is 7 days prior to check-in date (policy for balloon festival is 2 weeks).
Heritage
Magnolia Cottage is a charming Greek Revival completed around 1831. The cottage not only has an intimate sitting area in front of the old fireplace but also a small dinning area for romantic candlelight dinners.
This home has many unique architectural and historical elements including what's left of a milk dairy in the basement, the 3 sided front porch that is considered a room with no door, the original cypress floors, and original glass windows.
